Candidates must be located in or be willing to relocate to Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX, Milwaukee, WI, Pewaukee, WI, Minneapolis, MN, Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MI. POSITION SUMMARY:The Boelter Companies, a national supplier of commercial kitchen equipment is seeking to fill a full time National Account Project Manager position managing multi-unit national chain accounts across the country. Candidate must have experience managing the full project lifecycle to include reading plans, plan development, equipment selection, quoting in AutoQuotes, vendor selection, manufacturer pricing negotiations, rollouts, logistics, GC coordination, installation management and post warranty service. Experience in the foodservice industry managing national accounts is a must. The associate will embody and execute our company core values within all day-to-day duties and responsibilities: We work as a team, leveraging our collective strengthsWe are passionate, bringing resiliency, creativity, and gritWe do what’s right with honesty, respect, and accountabilityWe are reliable, through innovative and streamlined processesWe have fun, celebrating successes and learning from failuresWe build relationships, helping our colleagues and customers thrive ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Full lifecycle project management of National Accounts.Experience with equipment selection, layout and design.Preparation of project quotes in AQ.Delegation of critical tasks to Project Coordinator and oversiteStrong written and verbal communication skills.Works well under pressure.Ability to work on multiple projects at one time. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and AutoQuotes.Candidate must have exceptional follow up skills.Must be able to travel, when required. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and COMPETENCIES:Must have Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Experience in the foodservice industry managing national accounts is a must.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and continually demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy.Must work well under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines.Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Must have general computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.Must be able to work with AutoQuotes and SAP (prior experience with SAP is a plus, but not required).Commitment: Makes a commitment to learn new skills and processes.
